About 1995 i somehow found my way to a cool little chat room called Cyberotica. It was one of those cheesy little scrolling 'rooms' where only 25 people could be there at once. We had regulars and you felt like you belonged. Unfortunately after a few months the main supporting site went bellyup and it just disapated with but a few ICQ friends left.

About 3 years ago there was a cool bullitin board community at Project Greenlight when I was in a screenwriting contest. Of course when the contest ended so left 99% of the people.

I like it here now...so, is there a contingency plan?

where did you grow up online?

We'd like to believe that.

But it's just like what we're doing to Saddam. Hold out a little ray of hope, then snatch it away...

Lit is the first. Its my only and I hope it will be my last.

Where else can you learn new techniques for blow jobs while discussing religion? ;)

Nope not my first. There are two other "communities" I belong to and had prior to finding Lit. Both are completely different and suit me just fine. It is a nice change of pace. One has about 150 members which works and I have no clue on the other it is pretty large.

but do they appreciated you as much as we do? :rose:

No there are two others before this one. I still go to one every now and again.

This is my first online community. Before this, it was hanging out in the chat rooms on Battle.Net waiting for a friend to come on so we could play a game of StarCraft.

I used to go to this certain community a while ago, it was my first time into chatrooms or any sort of forum.

I met some very very interesting sort of individuals, I met an "angel " who became my friend and we still remains friends till this day. I really enjoyed the chat room and had lots of fun, but it was closed down after they began to have some problems and it was never put back up again.

I came upon Lit, by a friend's suggestion and its okay.

This is it. No other. No time for more...

Yup, this is really me, too. I have my name registered at two others, but I don't post at them.

LoL....you are so sweet. Actually to be quite honest...more so. It is a more close-knit community were we often communicate in more real time conversations which helps in developing a stronger rapport...the first one that is and frankly both are spiritual communities so like I said it is a different atmosphere. The contributions you add are greatly appreciated on the whole. I'm not saying anything against Lit, these places just cater to a different need in me. Sometimes it is nice to just not see people attacking others constantly and be welcomed into fun yet serious debates on topics I truly learn from rather than just learning about human nature...Each community I belong to certainly has taught me some interesting things. I like them all for different reasons.

;)

I found a new one recently that I like quite a bit too. Helps quite a bit with questions I've had. Ooh and you just reminded me of another I had been involved with but forgot about. I should go visit!

I'm a member of two other communities.
One is also huge, but its a lot of fun, and the other is mainly for people like me(me ethnic).

I'll always come back here, but I think I'm old and jaded nowadays! :D

What she said. I occasionally cruise on the others, one is attached to the Coldplay site, the other is Kinktalk.

I belong to 3 other online communities, each separate from the other. I "grew up", if you will, in yahoo chat and communities.
