Is Lit hiding Anon feedback now?

I don't have anon feedback turned off. I checked. But my activity feed isn't showing the most recent bit of Anon feedback I got, about two hours ago. It shows up under my story just fine, I can even access it from the Control Panel, but it doesn't show up in my "Activity Feed". Did I miss a software revision or did something break (again?)

I know this reads more like a Tech Support question, but I figured I'd ask other authors to have a look at their Control Panel, check if they got Anon feedback which didn't show up in their timeline.

The control panel isn't updated new activties right now.

The other day the Hubs went down for a while. Who knows, stuff going on. I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

I sometimes get notifications that a new comment has appeared but I have to go into my control panel, and find the story to see it. It seems to take about 2/3 hours between the comment being made and appearing everywhere.

Thanks for the heads-up. I don't twitter, no wonder nobody told me. :)

Twitter is a good resource for promoting your stories. The official account has 18k followers, and Laurel retweets everything you tag with #Literotica.
Can't ever seeing myself using Twitter to promote anything, and I don't subscribe to anyone.

I still play vinyl records**, for goodness sake, I'm a luddite :).

** through tube amps.

Sometimes I've had comments 'die on the vine' so to speak.

For example, in a story I posted a few months ago my panel showed that I had a comment from a named user, but when I went to view it the comment wasn't coming up. Thinking it was just a delay, I checked it again a few hours later, it still didn't come up, and it never did, despite other comments being posted on the story.

Perhaps in that case the comment contained something offensive or in breach of the site rules, and the administrators quickly removed it before it became visible?

Probably this. I've had it happen too.

Nah, the comment was fine (big praise actually) and it's still visible under the story. I just didn't get the notification.

I'm sure that was a telegram you'll never forget.
EB looked closely at Melissa.

"Telegram! Telegram! One only gets telegrams from the Queen, and I'm not that ancient yet." EB humphed off to park his Zimmer frame in the corridor outside the day lounge, muttering.

"These young uns, I don't know."

Nurse Melissa looked on indulgently. She'd pull the rug up later to keep him warm, after he fell asleep. She looked at her watch. In about five minutes, should do it.

FWIW vinyl is coming back, estimated 1 billion in sales this year.
Just goes to show everything is cyclical.
It’s kind of annoying. Now that the major labels are getting back into releasing vinyl, they’re taking up all of the capacity at pressing plants, making it really difficult for the independent labels/artists who have been keeping the format alive to get records pressed.

That's always the way, indy authors built the kindle platform when the big six laughed at amazon, then after it blew up, not only wanted in, but wanted indy authors gone. Amazon has been squeezing us out in various ways ever since.

So now that my story is out, my followers aren’t notified? Hmph. Well, I hope they will eventually be. I guess it doesn’t make a difference if it’s now or next week. Unless they pile up and then they’ll get dozens of notifications at once and still won’t notice mine.

I didn’t get one. Haven’t had any new notifications in a couple of days. They must be working on a fix still. Hopefully the notifications are retroactive when they start again.

I haven’t had any notifications either, but I just thought nothing is happening with my stories
