My bedroom is on the first floor of my house and it looks into the living room of the neighbors house. Just past that is the bedroom of the neighbor's teen daughter. Is it wrong that I enjoy watching her get ready for the day and get ready for bed at night?

I grew up with the philosophy that if you don't want someone to look in your window then you should close the curtains.
The daughter is 18 or 19 and the mom is in her thirties at least... Pedo involves someone under the legal age of consent. Besides, last time I checked this was a forum for fetishes and the like. Voyeurism is a fetish.
If you feel so strongly about it you could always find a different forum that applies more to your tastes.

Depending on where you live, the kind of voyeurism you describe could be considered criminal. She may not realise that you can see her from your room.

1st, a Teen can be 18 or 19, with no age listed it is hard to say if it is wrong, if she is under 18, you are a Pediphile, if she is over 18 she needs to leave her Shades or Blinds closed, OR you need to mind your own business

I had a strong reaction to your initial post because it read to me like you were implying that she is under age but you didn't want to come out and say it. If she is under age, please stop. Yes, she should have her curtains pulled but speaking from my own experience a young girl can be very naive. You know better.
If you know that she is 18+ (assuming there isn't a specific law in your area) it isn't wrong but still creepy and especially creepy if you are using binoculars or telephoto lens to get a better view.

interesting topic, I have seen women doing the same thing, 1 was at our community hot tub when I noticed a young lady in her mid 20 undressing and going to take a shower.
