Not married, but when I'm with a guy I'm just thinking about him and enjoying everything about him that makes that moment unique between us. I hope I have enough of his attention that he's present for me as well. If he wasn't then I'd feel like I chose poorly.

But I understand how it would be different for people in long and frustrating marriages.

Yeah I’m probably similar in this regard. I find the biggest turn on part of sex seeking to bring the most pleasure to the other person. It would be distracting to try and use my imagination and focus to think of someone else. Seems less enticing. Not sure if that makes sense but solo play is a bit different.
