I don't think it would work for me as a guy - law of diminishing returns. I think that once you get to a certain level of arousal with a certain amount of stimulation that level of arousal tends to decrease unless you increase the stimulation. I don't think that you could take it to the next level with a feather.

There's an article in this month's playboy about a woman that can orgasm by just thinking about it and researchers are studying orgasm by studying the brain activity as she orgasms inside an mri machine. Depends on the subject mostly. The stroker could make it easier with some technique, but unless the receiver is particularly sensitive to that kind of stimulation, it will never happen. Probably more likely to work with a man, than woman due to anatomical, and psychoerotic reasons.
