Is it possible to correct/edit my comments?

I think I know the answer but will ask anyway. I'm a poor typist so I often use a speech dictation program to generate comments I make about a story. I reread one today that I wrote yesterday, and it made no sense. I would like to correct it. Is that possible to do so?
