An ex-girlfriend called yesterday. She split up with her husband and was looking to "get together" for the evening, if you know what I mean.

I said I was too tired, plus it was too cold to go out. In reality, I wanted to stay home and watch internet porn rather than be with a real person.

Is this a sign of porn addiction? Should one seek help for this or is it normal?
