I'm so glad I live in Montreal. You can smoke...just outside. You'll be doing it with a crowd so it's all good

Didn't know it wasn't PC. Got the 'Village' too. Don't think all the guys there smoke, but what do I know.

Tangentially, of the smokers under 40 I know, a lot more are gay men than heterosexuals. I do know one woman who gave it up for good when she got pregnant, so that may be a factor.

It's not simple "bullshit". It's satire. Maybe a bit oblique, in that it mocks both the homophobia and tobacco-hypocrisy of the government at the same time, but the fact that some viewers took it as a legit news release offends me more than the use of the "f" word.

I do get sick and tired of humor that targets me and mine, and satire that is so subtle that the unwashed masses can't tell it from opinion.
