At a gay youth group I used to go to..

There was a young woman who taught 'Sunday school' (It was a universal church but let's face it, Sunday school is daycare on weekends) and was showing the kids how to use an Ouji... Or its native American equivalent.

The thing is.. she really did believe in its powers. She told me about the time she had a friend over who got possessed.
Am I the only one who thinks it's wrong to show kids how to use something that you believe opens up a door to the spirit realm?

I mean, I'm not a believer by any means but if I were going to do that I'd pull out one of my witchy poo books and, I don't know..

Get myself some sand, some salt water, a candle and a bell and use them to clear the room.
Then I'd make sure to try and offer a nice environment - and I'd be nice, just ask the spirit over for some tea. Maybe bring in a fetish to protect me unless something nasty came through..
