Actually, Maryland is one of 3 places where anything other than sex in the missionary position is considered sodomy and therefore illegal.

Oh but you did. It is jurisdictional. You would have to do an internet search on the decency statutes for your city, state, and county to see if the exchange of sexually explicit written material is prohibited.

laughingjack, you got a serious answer. As long as it's legal in your area and both parties are above the age of consent, yes it's legal.

If its witha minor you can be charged in the jurisdiction ofthe minor for coruption of minor.....be very careful who you (e-mail) send pictures too! In some states it srtict liability, lie statutory rape, which means your still in trouble even if they lie about their age. A policw captain in my area was charged and fired for it.......

It's not. The gubment keeps track of all the cybersex on the net (they're very busy), and when they finally come to arrest you. They send you to special jail. Not good special, or short bus special, either.
