Per the Loony Tunes fan wiki, she is 20 years old, so she can be used in a story. While bestiality is not allowed, anthropomorphic non humans can have sex with humans or non humans.

as for the story itself being allowed, the best and surest way to find out is to write and submit it. Only one person makes that decision, and without looking at your story, there's no way to tell.

This exact topic was already discussed elsewhere in the forum, but I'm too lazy to go looking.

So I'm just propagating rumours at this point, there's some categories of copyrighted characters that aren't welcome (I think Disney family as a whole and then some), knowing nothing about any of them, I don't know does it apply here.

On probably irrelevant side note, non-consent isn't allowed with celebrity characters, in rather strict manner (e.g. a celebrity willingly taking sedatives so that their sleeping body be used for sex was rejected as non-consensual), so better make sure it's in a vein of positive consent.

I've messaged Laurel about the rules regarding bestiality in the past since I thought they were very vague. Can't be bothered to dig up her actual answer, but it boiled down to the point that generally the story should be accepted as long as the animals in question have some form of human-like intelligence and can speak. I saw a story about a woman fucking her talking unicorn once on here, so if that got through I'm pretty sure anthropomorphic animals should pass easily. After all, they're a lot more human than animal, even down to body proportions and such. They just happen to have fur/feathers/scales, tails, funny ears, etc.

Oh, right. I think I heard that before. But in that case... Really starting to wonder if that unicorn story I mentioned before is actually allowed then. It's been years and I only read part of it out of curiosity, but I'm pretty sure it only features the woman and the unicorn, so there's no way to know if she's the only one who can hear the unicorn.
