Is a gym or a YMCA a good place to find discreet like minded guys?

I have tried all online sources and apps to find a guy who is also bi and wants something regular with NO luck, too many on these sites and apps has NO real intentions of meeting, just all horny chat to get off. Central Pa seems to be tough to find decent guys! I was thinking of joining a YMCA or a gym that has a pool or hot tub etc to possible find other curious guys. Lets keep in mind I am looking for discreet guys and not guys who are out like a sore thumb and who dont care who knows they are totally gay! I would appreciate any thoughts and please no criticizing comments!

I would be cautious in a gym for obvious reasons and not sure about YMCA never been to one
