An Oregon man says an IRS agent pressured him into sex by threatening a tax penalty, according to a lawsuit filed last month.

KVAL News reports that Vincent Burroughs filed the suit with the U.S. District Court in Eugene on Jan. 25 "as a result to coercive conduct by Defendant [Dora] Abrahamson," an Internal Revenue Service agent from Cottage Grove.

Absolute bullshit.

No woman governemnt employee, least of all a fucking IRS agent, is going to have sex with a dude that allegedly owes taxes. Much less BULLY a debtor into having sex with her. You'd be more likely to see Amish women in leather BDSM gear lining up at Dennis Rodman's door ready to film sex videos on their cell phones.

Burroughs alleges Abrahamson sent him several flirtatious text messages offering massages and racy photos of herself throughout the next two months.

Then, in September 2011, Abrahamson came to Burroughs’ home wearing provocative clothing, the lawsuit claims.

"She said that she could impose no penalty, or a 40 percent penalty, and that if he would give her what she wanted, she would give him what she needed,” according to the lawsuit.

i'd like to know how much tax he owed? the story is suspect as the irs has to follow specific guidelines for calculating interest owed and penaltly charges. these amounts are not determined by field offices or individual agents either. it's done in kansas city or texas. i know this for a fact. the case agent can only work with the tax deliquent to resolve liens by payment plan. that process is complicated too.
