Irfanview/Resizing pics info inside

I've noticed alot of threads started in here asking about how to resize and crop pics and so forth.

Also, if you have an older version of Irfanview, update to the newest version (3.8 or newer) cause the newer versions have the capability to adjust the bitrate of pics, and that makes a HUGE difference if you want to keep the pic at it's original pixal size, but it won't fit under this boards 102400 bytes limit for attachments.

For free.....Absolutely, it can't be beat.

It does so much, and if you want, there's a ton of plug-ins that make it so much more even.
