Iran Introduces Petrol Rationing

Does anyone remember me mentioning this a month ago, in one of the Global Warming threads? I've done a search but can't find the post. I'd be grateful if someone does remember, I hate it when my mind plays tricks like this.

I saw on the bottom crawler the mention of rationing at 26 gallons per month, but I did not see where this was taking place, thank you for the link.

I do not recall reading your previous thread.

Difficult to forecast what this event may bring about. I have read in several places that the Iranian economy is in very poor shape and the revolutionary forces are pressuring for change.

Just what kind of 'change' that might be, I am not aware and whether it will be beneficial to the region or not, or if Coalition forces are prepared to assist or participate.
