access SoundCloud through a browser if for what ever reason the app won't work.

Are your iPads up to date?

File types that SoundCloud accepts:

File types, size, and length
We support AIFF, WAVE (WAV), FLAC, ALAC, OGG, MP2, MP3, AAC, AMR, and WMA files.

The maximum file size is 5GB, and the largest length we support is 6 hours and 45 minutes. Anything longer than that, our system cannot transcode properly. If your file is over 6 hours and 45 minutes, please split it into two separate uploads.​
