Greetings, everyone. My name is Velvet Bubbles. I am (newly) sub to Master Gabe. I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself since I've been hanging around the board for a little while now. (This is my first ever thread!
)
I live 400 miles north of Erehwon. (Which, if you haven't read the books I have, you'll never get the joke.) I'm a voracious bibliophile. I'm very passionate about many types of dance, swordfighting, the outdoors, certain bits of history (and recreating them), science fiction, etc. (I'll stop here as the list is a little long). A few of my poems have been published. Working on getting a book published one of these days. I love fly-fishing. Tall (for a girl). I've collected rocks my entire life. They're a bit much during moves though. LOL Good thing almost all of them are small considering how many there are! One of my favorite gifts to receive is a (small) polished stone that is unique & not already in my collection. I like antiques - the history of some objects can be rather fascinating.
I've really been enjoying this board.
It's been FUN so far!
Edit: I forgot to explain about the "enigma" part. <blushes> It's something a small people who have known me over the years like to refer to me as. So I used it to make an interesting sounding title.
