Intl Online Music Stores

I've done a search on every US online music store and still can't find the artist and album I'm looking for (Inch-time, As The Moon Draws Water - UK based). I googled it and found it in music stores I'm not familiar with, which makes me not so eager to pay for a download since I don't know the quality, security, reputation... I was wondering if others could recommend a good store that they used for downloading music.
