Interview for Job an Nudist Colony

Innocent 18 year old gal in need of a well paid summer job is unaware that Happy Endings Ranch is a nudist colony, until she gets to the part of the interview where they ask her to strip.

The interviewer explains : "Since the guests will all be nude, we need the staff to show that they are comfortable with their bodies as well..."

How about having the place be a clothing optional, rather than a nudist resort (semantics I know)

The woman knows in advance that the guests might be nude, but the notice doesn't make mention of the staff 'uniform' being nudity only?

If I were writing this, I'd do this.

1) She knows it's clothing-optional. It's implausible that she'd go the entire interview without it coming up at all.

2) Staff is strongly encouraged to be nude, but it's not mandatory. This lets the story linger on her slowly becoming more comfortable with it, perhaps embarrassed at first, but soon getting a thrill out of being able to go about naked, and soon she's an enthusiastic convert.

3) After she's been working there happily naked a few days, I'd have her encounter some male she knows. Maybe it's her English teacher from her senior year. Maybe it's her crush. Whoever it is, she's completely exposed, and can't leave, since she's at work. So he gets to spend the day ogling her.

From there, not sure where I'd go. I'd probably have the guy stay clothed for a bit. Maybe she notices the bulge in his trunks and gets off on the idea of turning him on, so she starts teasing him. Maybe she convinces him to give nudism a try, too.

I've already read this story here on Lit. Don't remember the title but I do remember the premise was similar to yours. Don't remember the category either, could have been Exhibitionist, Loving Wives or Group. Hmmm...off to search.

ETA: Well, I couldn't find it even though I went through 43 pages of titles, from 2000 to 2008. I do remember the title was the name of the resort and it was a young woman who went for the job or a group of young people. Don't remember the author either. Hmmm...that's a shame.

ETA: No it's not the chain story Bare Bottom Resort. I have never read a chain story.

Sirhugs, I like the premise of your story, but where does it go from there? Is the point of this 18 year old getting a job and her travels of dealing with a job she wasn't prepared for?

That you called the resort "happy endings" suggests that you had ideas in mind for sex going on. I would also remind that the etiquette at any nudist resort is that there is no sex. Just saying because I'd like to know how far out in the rough you want to drive?

The "casting couch" thing doesn't do much for me, so I removed the ambush element of it and went Milf, rather than 18.

First is nude resort and the second is closer to an interview setting.

Terminology is important. Perhaps she'll get the job next summer if she calls the place a "camp." "Colony" went out long, long ago.
