I did the cyber thing for quite a few months, and initially it was exciting and something new. Now? Forget it. It means nothing to me. I need to feel my lover. I need to touch him. I need to look into his eyes, and feel the warmth within me as he smiles at me. I need to be able to express my joy at being with him in my eyes, in my smile, in my moans, in the way I move my body.

Words are great. I love 'em! And I will admit that, when in the mood, I will get a guy off online. But it leaves me utterly and completely cold.

I firmly believe in getting to know a guy online before meeting him, yes. But for me it is all in the realness of touching, feeling, hearing, and seeing. I do understand what some folks get out of cybering. I have just determined it is not for me.

I only had it with 3 or 4 different people, and only after I got to know them. I was about to write this, when lo and behold, the one I was thinking about IM'd me. She's from Australia. We had some hot times and good fun, and used the great audio on MS Messenger several times. It's fun and hand-free to use, and great to hear her sexy Australian accent!
You can get a cheap headset with mike for a few dollars and you're ready to go.
But, I don't think I've done this since 9/11. Things have changed...
