Intern, Boss, Debt & Domination: Feedback Requested

I've dusted off the keyboard for my first story in a good long while. Entitled "The Debt," it is about 19-year-old Renee who finds herself in need of a place to stay for the night; her boss offers his spare bedroom. As you can imagine, things don't end up quite as altruistic. My intention was to introduce an air of dominance and submission--and to continue that thread if and when a second part is written.
