I know my tastes are definately not mainstream but if there's enough interest in any of these I might be willing to start a thread.

Zoids could be fun. I've only seen one series, though. The one that focused on the Liger Zero I think.

Zoids? Awesome! But, being an oldie, resident of the uk, and been living in a catbox for the last 10 years, I only know the old Spider-Man and Zoids comic version of mutant reds and blues. Still awesome tho XD
Exiles? Great premise. Reality-hopping heroes with an unclear task each jump. Well, until later on, that is. Promising!
Alt? Same chances as Exiles, I think, just with one dimention 8D

What would ya'll say to me starting a Legion of Superheroes thread. It could be either Three-Boot or Re-boot post Legion Lost. Or it could just be Legion whatever...

Actually, the Legion is something a bit different. That thread seems to be about continuing the TV show Smallville, which is an alternate version of the DCU, while the Legion is a superhero team/youth empowerment movement set one thousand years into the future of the DCU. for more information on the Legion see their wikipedia page.

And ATTENTION. Sorry for yelling. I guess this is an informal casting call. If I get a few responses (PM me or post) then I will set up an honest to goodness OCC and IC. So pick a character out of the current legion line up, the one from the Legion of Super-Heroes book currently written by Jim Shooter. There's a who's who at the two links below. Or go wild and create your own. Just remember to stick to the "adjective boy/kid/lad" "adjective girl/royal title/lass" naming scheme.

Just so ya'll know, we will be playing in the threeboot era. and you needn't be limited by those Legionairres on the Who's Who lists. One of the cool things about that era is the fact that there are a quarter of a million informal "Legionairres" that are basically teens who subscribe to the Legions anti-establishment philosophy and every one of them has the potential to make it onto the core team.

And speaking of the core team... Once ya'll have you characters decided on (we already have a Lightning Lad) I'll start up an OCC and an IC. Though I'm gonna be MIA next week for a week, so any real RPing will probably have to wait till I get back.
