My favorite name generator is down, and I ran across this today in a search for new ones. It's annoying because it only gives you one name at a time, so you have to keep hitting the back button, but the options are interesting.

You an ask for first name only, choice of one or two middle names, with or without a surname.

Then it lets you choose from a whole host of nationalities, plus categories like Mythology (with subcategories), Ancient (with subcategories), Witch, Fairy, Goth, Rapper, Kreatyve, Hillbilly, etc.
