Thought I would post a couple of pics. After 8 months on the Atkins diet I've lost 90 pounds and am down to 175. I've gotten some good comments from people and thought I would give this a shot. I posted some pics in the past and didn't get much response. Looking back at the old pictures I can see why.

Anybody interested in seeing more?

Thanks. I'll try and post some more after I get off work. As for 'those' kinds of pictures.. I'd like to post those too but I'm not sure about doing that with the pictures of my face still here. I don't want to be recognized by anybody. I may have to take these 2 down before I post them but I'll think about it.

Thanks. I actually didn't make it to work today. Having an ice storm as well as problems with the car, etc. I took alot of new pics today though. I should post some a little later. I don't know how many will get posted.. I lost alot of weight but still don't think I look great.
