A research group at Texas Tech University is conducting a study on sexuality and
mental health. We would like to invite you to participate in an online survey, which will take about 20 minutes to complete. To participate, you must be 18 or older and reside inthe United States.

FYI, those who are suicidally ideated might be triggered by the survey.
But I will be interested to see what the results are, overall.

Thank you for your participation and feedback. You bring up a valid concern and one that our research group thinks is very important. We have some research to suggest that participation is research related to suicide does not result in increased suicide ideation or suicide attempts and may actually be beneficial to some. This research is aimed at clarifying the possible risks and benefits to mental health in the BDSM community and we hope that it will help improve mental health care for individuals in the BDSM community as well as increase awareness and acceptance of the BDSM community.
