Interested in having a convention?

I am still a newbie, so I don't know if this has ever been done before...

Would any of the members (meaning authors and readers - participants in
general) be interested if Literotica held a convention? I've met some really nice people on-line (one in person) and would enjoy meeting some more of my new friends, all in one place.

There could be a "meet the author" sessions, "how to" sessions, "sex shoppe", etc. Even get Laurel and Manu up to share how they got started.

Is anyone interested? (and by the way, I posed this question in an e-mail, and they responded to post it on the bulletin board - sounds like "they" are interested in knowing what people really think of the idea)

there is a lot of interest, but not a lot of finances apprently.

Well Hell I'm in. Always looking for new reasons to get out and meet new people and there are some people in here that I am VERY interested in meeting.
