If I understand it correctly, he called 911 after encountering 2 marshals standing guard at Kavanaugh’s house. So sounds like an easy arrest. Unfortunate that marshals were needed at his house but apparently pro-abortion groups posted directions to the justice’s homes online. Various elected officials and media members encouraged protests at the SC justices homes. Might need a June 8 committee to investigate what led to the insurrection attempt.
