Insomniacs Unite (by request)

To the tune of: We're An American Band (with apologies to GFR)

Up all night...
With Gracie Queen...
I got to tell ya,
Cookies her thing!
Milk and cookies,
They treat me right.
As long as I can get to a PC tonight!

I'm an American Dom!
I'm an American Dom!
I've got a toybag full
Of stuff to swat and pull!
I'm an American Dom!

OMG, I think I'm suffering from sleep deprivation silliness...

Anybody else have to stay up to relax enough to go to sleep? If im stressed or under alot of pressure i have to stay up a good while just relax enough to get tired.

Yep. I gotta zone out or their's no chances of sleeping.

Meh.

My sleep pattern's so fucked, I don't know what to do anymore. Some days, I go to bed at 11pm, get up at 8am. Other times, I go two, three days straight without sleeping. Makes me a particularly cranky bastard, and cuts down on my obervational abilities.

Master seems to be sleeping a bit better these days - He's not staying up all night anymore though sometimes it's 2-3am before He comes in. I usually go to bed between 11pm and midnight, most of the time I don't hear Him. On dialysis days we have to be up at 6.30 but He can usually have a doze on the bed while He's hooked up to the machine.

I suspect the different regimen has helped, He's been on haemodialysis since February. He's feeling better, isn't getting sick with peritonitis every few weeks now. He also has a bit more energy......;)

I'll third that motion!

Having to spend an hour relaxing before bed is just not fun some nights/mornings (depends on what I'm working.)

Yay! :nana: *hugs*

Bandit, that is great to hear about your Master! Woo woo!

My insomnia depends. Like lately, since we've been moving Master's stuff into my (our) house, I can't sleep as much. Stress? Excitement? In either case, my sleep is all mixed up. I can't even remember what day it is. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I am glad to see this post going on so long! :) Woo woo!

Insomnia blows! I heard that the Sleep Fairy is hanging out at Master Gil and Bandit's house. Now if I could just remember where my passport is!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I need that fairy. My son just started his new school (5th grade ack!) and takes the bus. At 6:40 am. Can you say, "fucking meow?" Anyway, with my lack of sleep as is, I am a zombie. drooooooooooooooooooooooool.

Oh noooo we still need the sleep fairy! I'm sure she buggers off out partying for half the night though.....Master's still coming to bed late
