Why hasn't anyone thought of this?

Sex is sex? Indeed, but that doesn't help much.

So is a handjob sex? Is a blowjob sex? Is cunnilingus sex? Is intercourse sex if nobody orgasms? How about mutual masturbation, with or without cumming? And even if we DO come up with individual answers to these specific questions, can we generalize them to an overall rule about what constitutes sex?

When I started this thread, I didn't think we would get into this debate, but I'm glad that happened.
Sex = Insertion (not including finger or fist) of the penis
Sex = The sharing of seman or sperm
Sex = Sexual organs or muscles contracting when interacting with another (menstrual cycle and erection excluded)
If none of these requirements are met, it isn't really sex.

Clinton had sex by definition 2 (seman in eyedropper dripped on "cigar"-like dildo), and later definition one (insertion of penis in mouth).
Sex IMO does not include physical touch on the surface of the body.

A good rule of thumb is if you can get an STD from the action, it must be sex.
The exception being from an open wound on your parter or partners.

Neither statement is what I said.
First of all, I can't think of how non consensual oral can take place, unless the man is unconsious or asleep, but consensual or not, it is still sex.

I don't know how you got to the conclusion that I was glad of anything I said.
In fact, I am not, for this is not the legal definition as it was in the 60s.
