I saw the term inorganic posting used on another site. Any idea what that means? I'd ask there, but they would just flame me for being incendiary.

What about bots? Couldn't the KR and yaya trollbots be considered inorganic posters?

It's defined in the questions and suggestions forum on that site. I haven't been in a while, so I couldn't tell you its exact name. Other than that, I've never heard of inorganic posting. All posts are inorganic as far as I can tell. Not a single one is physically based on an organism at all.

Essentially, it means unproductive posting habits. Like constantly replying to your own thread to keep it alive. Or brigning back a thread that's six months old to make a comment on a subject everyone's forgotten about. Or constantly posting nonsensical drivel that doesn't add either substance, wit or whimsy to the conversation.
