Richard...I never posted my own little thread on the GB or the main BDSM board before because I just wasn't sure about rules and politics and all that jazz...but since there is this wonderfully new (however slightly segregated) sub forum up here for "chatty" topics, I thought "what the hell" and got my own little thread to post crap in Hope that explanation suffices

yes yes yes...hence my absence from Lit (i dont think anyone really missed me LOL)...but I am enjoying it (if not slightly missing and whining about being away from a certain special someone )

I am home from vacation...nicely tanned and still a touch sun burned here and there, but getting back into the swing of things slowly.

Exactly one week today a plane will land here and Sir will get off of it to meet me in the flesh for the first time...

I am giddy beyond belief...

Okay, I have fifteen minutes to waste until a friend comes over....

I can remember what I was doing 24-48 hours before my internet girlfriend came to visit. Being the procrastinator I am, I was trying to put all my dirty clothes in the laundry and clean up the bathroom. The night before she arrived, I made a frantic trip to the supermarket to stock up on essential goodies. The day of her arrival, I went to one of those "Bed, Bath & Beyond" stores and paid US$70 for some high quality sheets. That was quite an investment on my limited budget but I wanted my baby to be comfortable.

Haha, that night I ended up fucking her on my uncomfortable US$20 couch that I bought at a thrift store.

After making the bed, I ran around my apartment trying to resolve anything that might interrupt our visit. I paid my rent and other bills several days early. I ran the dishwasher when it was only half-full. I plucked my monobrow and brushed my teeth an extra time. I tried to remember what dietary preferences she had alluded to in all of our conversations so I could make a short list of restaurants to visit. And I was doing so much....

I was late leaving my apartment and the airport was still 90 minutes away. I had visited the car wash but neglected to fill up the tank with gas. I caught some bad traffic and....would you believe this? I arrived at the airport 15 minutes after her plane her landed!!!

So, Ms. InnerDarkness, please learn from my critical mistake: Get to the airport EARLY! I hope you and your Sir have a great time together. My best wishes to you both!

Oh dont even get me started on mad running around...

I have cleaned places in this house that did NOT have to be cleaned this instant LOL

so tonight I have that horde of laundry to do
the big grocery store run was yesterday
I bought the new sheets last week

Tonight is fine tuning everything...dusting a bit here, tidying a bit there and going nuts with anticipation at the same time LOL

I have 2 safe calls in place...one from online and one locally, so i am secure with that...

I plan to be at the airport at least 30 minutes before His plane so I can try and calm my nerves LOL

no caffeine tomorrow!!!
