Hmmm i must be really out there cuz when i first looked at it, i saw things in pieces not one image but several smaller images...

the tops i saw fighter planes from the red baron days, then what could either be 2 horse heads or 2 guns, below the them i saw 2 lizzards or whips coiled up lol and for the life of me at the bottom i saw pigmes climbing up each cheek of the an ass, eating thru the flesh to the spinal column LMAOOoo...oh lordy
