Indiana - Toxic Waste Illigally dumped...

It would appear that Indiana has a problem and the taxpayers will be stuck with the bill for the clean up. I'm just wondering why the owner was allowed to not post the bond that was required to do by law.

I hope they throw him in a deep dark cell and just forget about him.

It appears that the problem has existed for some 30 years and that various governmental agencies knew about the problems for about that long. Also, apparently nothing was done about the problem.

The owner obviously bears a great deal of responsibility for the problem. However, there are apparently many others who also bear resposibility.
