What do you think the US/NATO/UN involvement/intervention should be?
In the last week, Pakistan has "flexed" it's missile capabilties with test launches. To some it is a sign of aggression. To others it is an act of deterrence. (The Soviets and Americans did this for 30 years). Pakistan is outclassed in every military aspect. India can smother them in sheer brute force. Pakistan has shifted a portion of it's military from the Afghanistan border toward Kashmir. Now the British have deployed troops to the Afghan border to intercept the Taliban/ Al Queda threat returning back to Afghan.
The US has to be wary of how the Chinese and Soviets would view any extra build up of troops/ships/planes to the area. If a Diplomatic miracle doesn't happen This could be the third time a nuclear weapon is used.
The sad thing is it wouldn't stop with the first one thrown.
