Once again Boasbeg manages to get assigned to another case involving Trump. What's funny is that his decision is an outright abuse of discretion since it goes against "The Law Of The Case." Judges on equal levels (both being trial court judges in this case) don't have the power to overturn or reverse decisions by other judges of that same level. To do so violates the concept of The Law Of The Case which exists to establish continuity should the case have to be transferred to another court and doing so is automatically an abuse of discretion.
I'm glad the DOJ is looking into the case assignment system in that District because empirical evidence suggests there's some political shenanigans going on.
