Increasing nipple sensitivity

I'm a guy, and I like playing with my nipples, but I can't feel much from them.

How can I increase the sensitivity? I've tried pinching/pulling/massaging/icing them. One of them randomly became incredibly sensitive for about a minute, but them nothing.

I would prefer not to pierce them if there are other ways.

um...perhaps i'm misunderstanding how you go about it, but i'd like to suggest avoiding ice as a means of increasing sensitivity of, well, anything. :>

otherwise: the only thing i can think of is using lotion on 'em from time to time on a regular basis, to be honest. if it increases softness, it may increase sensitivity, or so i would think.

Okay, this might sound a little weird. (Ha! The irony of saying that on Lit just struck me! ) Anyway, my husband wanted to make my nipples more sensitive, so what he did was this: every time I had an orgasm, while I was cumming, he would suck on my nipple(s). After a few times, it worked -- classical conditioning took over and I began to associate pleasure with the nipple. Now, my nipples are ultra-sensitive.

I would suggest having your partner stimulate your nipples while you're cumming (or, if you don't have a partner, doing it yourself). You may not get anything out of it the first several times, but eventually, you may start to notice increased sensitivity.
