They have enough money, to buy people to help them to "throw their weight around."

Suddenly, the old neighborhood that was abandoned, while in search of
more attractive offers, looks profitable, again.

The saddest thing, to see someone buy a neighborhood out from under the people
that lived there for generations. Priced out.

Pushed out.

Excluded.
