Actually, yes. In a couple of cases. Lewis, in "Hank and His Neighbors"- Chapter 4, refers to having been conceived through a relationship between Mina and her uncle. I also mention Judith and Ruth sleeping with their father as teenage girls in "Playing Hostess"- Chapters 2 and 3. (Although it wasn't exactly deflowering in Judith's case.)

I think that the trick, as far as I can tell, is like what someone else said earlier. Avoid descriptions, details, and anything that sounds like it might be trying to arouse one through erotic mental images of underage sex.
