Not sure how this would pan out. Its an idea I've had for awhile, but never inspired enough to write it, so maybe some ideas here would help or someone else can feel free to run with it

I see this as a two part story and the tricky part is part one contains no "real" incest.

A woman is a former sexual surrogate, but moved on from it because she realized a lot of guys she was "treating" were pretty much lying about issues and looking to be laid and paid for it by Blue Cross

So she goes into regular nursing, but is now laid off and needs money. She is in her early forties and unsure what to do next. She gets a call from a woman who used to give her assignments as a surrogate and wants to know if she is interested in making money with a specific situation.

The patient is a 19 year old whose mom discovered he wants to have sex with her. He writes about it in his journal and has a PC full of incest stories and porn videos, she brings him to get help and the doctor decides he needs to get it out of his system and wants the surrogate-who resembles his mother in every way including age-to incest role play with him.

She is put off at first, because she has a 20 year old son of her own, but needs money and agrees. Of course as she is having sex with the patient and using the words he wants to hear "That's right, baby, you lay back and let your mother take good care of you" "Hmm I love the taste of my son's cock..."

Out of nowhere she ends up turned on and really gets into it, has the patient going down on her, cums several times and has the best sex she has ever had.

End chapter one.

Chapter two she has a couple of sessions with the young man and is upset to find out the doctor says he is all set and needs no more appointments. In the meantime she is now as obsessed with incest as her patient was and is now dreaming of her own son. with her patient cured her lust is turned directly to her son and she ends up seducing him.

Big question is, will chapter one play out okay in incest with it not being real incest?

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

But why 2 chapters? I think there is a lot you could cut from that, jump to the real story (the interesting internal conflict). In my opinion I think you should focus on the shame of being used as a sexual outlet, or the shame of desiring her son, probably not both.

1.Woman at home with son, everything is normal
2. phonecall to woman. she turns out to be a former prostitute or whatever
3. (sex happens off camera or not) she feels guilty, and her libido has returned
4. discovers son is interested in her
5. she tries to gauge his interest in her
6. kisses him but he runs away
7. he returns to apologise
8. sex

I think that if you just give a hint of what's going on with the son in the first chapter there will be enough there to satisfy the readers. You could start the first chapter with the son's lusting for his mother and obviously not connecting. Meanwhile across town nurse surrogate is getting tired of the feeling that she is being used for an "insurance prostitute". your thoughts?

I thought of that, but why I hesitate is how will all that incest role play and dialogue go over in Mature? There will be a lot of "Hmm, look how hard you are for mommy!" type sentences, I would think they would get squiked out over there.

A valid concern. My approach would be to use a descriptive title (Incest Surrogate covers it nicely), or put it in your blurb for the story, or you can always rely on the old "author's note" at the top. If they are still squiked out after all that, fuck 'em!

I think it would be sexier if the main character was just a nurse instead of a former sex surrogate. She has a friend who IS a sex surrogate, though. At lunch, while on shift, the friend tells the nurse about an assignment that has come up that no one wants to tackle. This is where the boy with the incest obsession comes into the story. Nurse is in need of extra money, perhaps, and is not having good relations with her husband, and she can see this as an opportunity to make money and get a little fun as well. She's put off by the idea of the incest roleplay because she has a son close in age to the patient, but her conflict would add to the excitement of the story.

I agree, multi-part on this. Part 1 would begin with Nurse arriving at the boy's house to have the first session. Reveal the reason she is there in retrospective as she questions herself about why she is there. Have her wear the real Mom's clothes for authenticity and the meat of the chapter is the sex between her and the boy. And, just as you envision, she gets really into it. At first, she's telling herself it's just because she's so lonely and horny, but soon she realizes it is more than that. The roleplay fantasy itself is thrilling her. End the chapter after the sex is over and she gets up to leave.

Part 2 picks up once she is home and is going over in her mind what she did. She's still trying to rationalize it. She wants to think of it as just something professional she did, but she struggles with feelings of guilt because she enjoyed it so much. She tells herself the guilt comes from having cheated on her husband. Enter her real son, and she begins to realize that the incest fantasy itself is what thrilled her. She can't help flirting with her son, never thinking he'd respond. But he does, and they end up doing something sexual. For me, I'd write it as sex without penetration. She has a line, she tells herself, that she will not cross.

Part 3 would be the second session with the boy. Again, she dresses up in the real Mom's clothes. But this time she has a talk with real-Mom before she goes to the boy and realizes this woman is struggling with the same desires she has discovered in herself. The desire for a sexual relationship with her son. After some discussion, she convinces the Mom to engage the son instead of her. Nurse goes in to the boy and engages him, but then says for this fantasy, she wants him to come take her the way he's always wanted to take his real mother. She tells him to wait five minutes and then come get her. During that time, she and the real Mom exchange clothes. When the boy comes out, it's the real mother he comes up behind and starts making love to. Nurse watches until they've climaxed and then slips away.

Part 4 picks up as Nurse gets home. Now she knows what she really wants and isn't afraid of her desires anymore. She goes to her son and they make passionate love with full penetration this time. End with them cuddled in post coital bliss.

Of course, the temptation would be to continue this series, showing more sexual encounters between the two pairs of mothers and sons, and that's doable. I'd end it after part 4, though. Always leave them wanting a little more.

But definitely, even part 1 is an incest story, even if it's roleplay, because you're introducing the idea of real incest in the main character's thoughts. Plus, you've got the follow-up parts, and overall it's an incest story arc.

Great idea, though. Wish I'd thought of it first!
