I read this story way back and need help finding it. The story is set in the UK where the newly elected leader passes a law that basically forces unattached women to have sex with any man who wants to have her. The author also says that similar laws passed in other countries and jokes that in Germany a reverse law was passed making men sexual slaves of the women there. The author mentions that France loves their women and does not have such a law and becomes a sort of safehaven for people fleeing the new sex laws.
The son of the story has a female friend who refuses to have sex with random people and is taken away by the government and has an operation done to her to make her more compliant to sex, completely changing her personality. The son worried about his mother then pretends to be in a sexual relationship with his mom to protect her from the government and other people. Eventually the son and mother try to escape to France and in order to be allowed to leave the country have to convince the authorities they are a couple by having sex in front of them. They are hesitant at first but really get into it and are given permission to leave the country.
