An older man (40yr or so) and a younger woman (20yr or so) starts dating. Year(s) later, they are committed, they have been intimate and in a really good place in their relationship. So what could happen next?
My thoughts are that they of course stop being intimate. They don't want to tell anyone about this news as it will be too much. They want to end the relationship, however they don't want to be apart from one another as they are father and daughter. So they decide to just stay as couples for the time being to build up a new relationship as father and daughter. Gradually this doesn't work as they are already so close and their love for each other as lovers supersedes their other bond. They reignite their forbidden relationship. Then later on it becomes a kink for them knowing they are father and daughter.

Or instead of a father/daughter, it can be brother/sister. Same premise but the man finds out his father donated sperm. They get a DNA test, they are half siblings. Maybe they are already married and have kids so they don't want to separate. Gradually they accept this new fact and they get a kink out of it, having sex with their half brother/ sister.
