How about a story where a guy gets sent to prison. His wife is lonely and so takes to their grown up son to comfort her. He's maybe a little reluctant at first and worries about what his dad might think but she is very seductive. By the time the husband/father gets out, his wife and son are in a full on sexual relationship.
When he gets out they're pretty worried what he's going to do when he finds what they've been doing behind his back. He had a bit of an angry, violent streak before, that's how he ended up in prison in the first place. Only, his time in prison has changed him. After a couple of years inside, he's become used to bottoming for bigger, tougher guys. The tough husband is now a bitch with a need for dick and, coming home, he starts to want the dick that's in his own home, his son's. The son, a little afraid of what his dad might do, goes along with it.
So, you end up with the son fucking both mom and dad and neither knowing it.
