I think the idea of a young-ish couple trying to try out as many different fetishes as possible is good enough for a whole story, no need to drag the Incest crowd into this. Just have a sexually wild twenty-something man convince his vanilla "missionary or bust" girlfriend to try out some new stuff. Soon it becomes a regular thing: Every week she finds some new fetish on the internet and they try it, looking for the one thing which makes her tick. Maybe they find something that she absolutely loves, opening a whole new side of her personality, but the fetish is something that her boyfriend hates?
