Incest Fans: "Nip/Tuck"?

I was just curious if any incest story fans had seen the series premiere of "Nip/Tuck," the reason being that the episode starts with one of the characters having a threesome with a mother-daughter team.

Later on, the daughter explains that this is how she and her mother bond and that they started with her step-dad. The mother-daughter scenes were short and hardly graphic--pretty tame even given that mom and daughter don't get it on--this is television afterall, but hey, they did push the envelope a little. Just FYI.
