Incest: Brother walks his waitress sister home from work

From what I remember the story has the brother moving in with his older sister for college or something. He learns that his sister has two jobs and her night job has her working at a hooters type establishment. One night he sees her in her work uniform which is described as a skintight racers jumpsuit or something that accentuates her large breasts. Theres of course a lot of sexual tension that develops between the two as they live together. The brother, obsessed with seeing her in her uniform again, decides to try and sneak into the restaurant while she's working. He tries to observe her without her noticing but she catches him there and she ends up embarrassed by his behavior.

At one point the brother hears from his sister that a certain customer has been harrassing her and hanging out after the bar closes. The brother stays up one night and gets a call from either her or her work asking for him to walk her home.Later his sister seduces him by wearing that same uniform and slowly stripping out of it before the two of them have sex.
