Incest B&B

This already exists as a short story passed to me by an ex-member a couple of years ago. He expressly didn't want it submitted (it wouldn't be accepted here, anyway) but I can put it up as a basic 'idea'.

The concept is that a quiet bed-and-breakfast place out in the countryside starts getting mentioned on the 'dark web'. It seems that the landlady helps/assists with family situations where a final push is needed to tip a loving situation over into... a loving situation. The story revolves around one particular mother and son making a reservation but there is also a separate sequel giving more on the landlady and her family, i.e. why she might have gone down this route.

Rather like couples who will only do swinging when they take a vacation to a lifestyle resort or cruise, because it removes them from their world where their reputations aren't in danger and they can really let the freak flag fly.

So, the country B&B really falls into that category. It creates the 'Mom/Son Club' atmosphere that I find enticing.

This sort of incest B & B would fit well with my imaginary organization called the Incest Underground: It can be found on the dark web. It has OBGYNs, psychologists, laboratories, genetic counselors, etc. It also has master forgers and hackers to alter identification. The whole organization is dedicated to serving the unique needs of Adult Consensual Incest participants. Some members are themselves ACI participants, some are dedicated supporters.

Absolutely. The culture shift or, perhaps more simply, merely removal of people from their normal surroundings, can be an important player in these things. Things can happen which usually wouldn't and people feel a disconnect with what's normally expected of them in all kinds of ways... morally, behaviourally, you name it.

There's a change of "atmosphere" at work - you've put your finger on it.

Perhaps it started as a clothing optional resort that was sort of adopted by the lifestyle crowd as an alternative to tropical getaways. The rooms are always full so the owners just roll with it, perhaps getting involved themselves.

The proprietors husband dies and her son comes home to help her run it. Whether or not they are actually having sex the word gets out about the hot MILF B&B owner and her handsome young son. Soon couples start arriving that have a similar dynamic. Again, the rooms are always full so they just roll with it.

They take a family trip with all the benefits and find this little out of the way gem. As they talk to the current owners, they find out their little secret. Takes on to know one after all, right?

But one of them has begun to develop health issues and they need to move back to a bigger town for care.

Details are worked out and the Kensingtons have found their new home.

More than just Mom/Son over all, but maybe they develop theme weekends.

I could see an innocent mom and son mistakenly make their reservations and come to the inn. They're eyes are opened wide as to what the other tourists are doing with one another, which makes our 'innocent' M/S start taking second looks at one another. After another day or two, one of them broaches the subject (in some manner) and the other one accepts the proposal, becoming yet another successful M/S couple.

I think it would be fun to have an unwitting couple come there…or maybe only the person who made reservation didn’t know.

So for example:

1. Unwitting pair: Mom is trying to have one more trip with her son before he goes off to college, so she decides to stop off at the BnB she and her dad went to before she went to college. Course she didn’t remember the complimentary condoms and son is shocked when there’s only one bed.

2. Son looks it up and figures out what the BnB is for and is shocked that his mom wants that kind of relationship with him…but he hasn’t gotten laid and after chatting with someone who went there and how it overall was great for them and the family member they had sex with, he gets himself into the headspace for it

Either way, they both figure it out and decide to eventually give it a go.

Maybe mom even calls her dad who admits he had taken her there when she was 18 as he knew what went on there but when he saw she was not picking up on it, he backed down and focused on the more innocent family friendly activities

Yes but that only deals with the ownership of the place, not the many stories that could come from the actual nature of its business. You seem to pass that by completely.

I think another way to expand would be for the hotel stays to take surprising turns.

For example: adult siblings go and while they do have sex and maybe the sex is really good…they don’t want that kind of relationship. Maybe they had a warped childhood (that still follows Lit rules) or maybe they were both in bad spots with their relationships, or just wanted to be closer to each other…but they don’t want a romantic relationship.

Or: Mom takes her daughter there so she can teach her about lesbian sex as she doesn’t want her to have the experience she had. When there, they run into her sister or cousin…the person she lost her virginity to back in the day. The two of them reminisce while their daughters hang out…ultimately the adults end up with each other while their kids experiment with each other.

I think it would be interesting if the hotel isn’t there just for incest but rather so people can work their feelings out.

That's not the OP you're quoting.

However the development of the place is certainly one possible angle of attack (of many) - and I repeat it was stated already that a "sequel" has been done which goes to explaining just that. See the OP.

I'm really keen on this idea generally. I can see a whole range of different couples (threesomes? foursomes) with different backstories being given a chapter - or stand alone - to each. A super setting and many different ways in which the landlady or host could help to "move things along" - this latter aspect alone could provide lots of interest.

Another possible idea:

Mom abandoned her son at a young age (could be drug abuse, could be career goad( and is now trying to reconnect. He comes for promises of money (maybe he’s just got out of college or is partway through) and she picked the place because she heard it’s a great place to heal family bonds.

One idea I had for the hotel/B&B is that the parties get interviewed one on one as a last minute screening. One question is: “what are you wanting out of your stay?”

So for this example: son says “I’d like to not hate her but I’d also like her to know she failed as a mom” host or staff then says they understand.

So they take steps to work the two into a new erotic relationship between adults, not parent and child.

Yes, easy to imagine dozens of variations on the theme. If it were a TV show it could run for years.

The obvious starter would be to have a pair travelling to this B&B, one of them having arranged it and being the lead character, the other perhaps unwitting of it all and believing it's simply a break away. While there the MC and landlady jointly pursue all possible tactics to arrange for an in-bed situation. The landlady of course is an old hand at this game, with plenty of such tactics to call upon. She aims to give satisfaction every time. Many of her guests give generous tips on departure.
