I've been wondering a couple of things. Are we playing Greek goddesses that look like Naruto characters, with the personalities of the goddesses, or will the characters essentially be themselves, personality-wise? One thing I'm particularly curious about is whether or not each character will be a specific goddess. For example, I think Ino would be ideal to represent Aphrodite.

I will come up with a character. I'll be back in a bit. I will come up with a character though. This game looks like it will be incredibly fun.

Maybe a mix of both. I'd like to see Ino in the role of Aphrodite but with her personality left basically the same. I'll post a bio for her after Lusty posts one for Hinata, so I'll have an example to go by.

In any case, I know nothing at all about Naruto (save that my bratty step-brother loves it). I am, however, somewhat of a Greek mythology freak. Does that qualify me in any way? If so, someone pick me a character.

Goddess category: Charity
Animal companion (if you want one): Wolf
Personality: Sweet and somewhat shy, Hinata is very soft spoken. She is incredibly wise and very kind. She can always be found helping others out no matter how bad she feels.
Appearance: Hinata can usually be found wearing a kimono or the white dress that marks her as a Goddess.

I think I'll take . . . the girl in the middle, who, if I'm to believe wiki, is Sakura? And I'm torn between Demeter and Artemis. One because she's the only one with a flower (so earth, you see), and the other because of the sensible (and easy to run in) length of her outfit.

okay, now it's time for me to speak of what i know of Sakura, and we'll see if that helps

Sakura is a very strongwilled, determined girl. She is sensible, though she can go overboard when in love. However, this makes her an excellent ally. Skilled in fighting and medical techniques, she eventually becomes the equivalent of her instructor, Tsunade, of the Sannin, the three legendary students of the leader of their village. not someone you want angry at you.

Goddess category: Love
Personality: Outspoken and feisty, Ino never hesitates to speak her mind. Around women she can be seen to be irritated and jealous, always resentful of anyone to steal her place in the spotlight. But she is a flirt in the presence of men, more than delighted to show off her silky skin to them.
Appearance: Ino dresses in the white dress that marks her as a goddess. The top of the dress wraps around her breasts, just barely covering them, and the skirt descends midway down her thighs.

Name: Arthur Drake
Appearance: Thin, shoulder length, straight black hair, emerald green eyes, pale skin. Usually wears dark clothing, including a black mandarin shirt much like those of the kung fu uniform (White lining, sleeves folded up on end to display this, white rope buttons (known as frogs) to hold it closed).
Occupation: Cashier at the local comic book store.

Athena, being goddess of wisdom, and to a lesser extent war would probably be a good match for Tenten, since Tenten does have all of those weapon skills, and they usually aren't the only thing about her that is sharp.

Temari would be a good match for Athena too. She's almost as good a strategist as Shikamaru, and that's saying something.

hmmm...i could picture Sakura as Artemis or...uh...actually, Demeter isn't a bad idea, I think. she is a healer...but she's also a mother....hmm...i can't remember the goddess of medicine (counterpart to Hermes, i think)
