He slowly came to, his head was aching and he felt so weak. He opened his eyes slowly and looked around. He was on Earth, of that he was certain, but the malfunction of his engines had forced him to do an emergency beam out of blow up with his ship. He hadn't had time pick a location other than to make sure it was on land and not water. He stood up and looked around. It was night time, that was good, and it was quiet ... even better. No one had seem him materialise here. But the transport hadn't been easy, the ship exploding half way through the procedure. He was in one piece though and that at least was a blessing. But he could feel his strength was low, he needed to feed. Glancing around he saw what looked like a human town in the distance and slowly set out. An hour later Lakex, as that was his name, slipped through an open window into the basement of a hotel. His invisibility powers still remained for now, keeping him safe in this strange world, but unless he fed soon he would not last long. It also didn't help he was so much shorter and physically weaker than a human. He knew humans knew of his kind, The Greys, but he doubted they knew all of his races secrets. Physically weak, yes, but mentally ... oh, mentally he was strong ... or would be once he fed. He hid as he heard a door open and the sound of footsteps coming down into the basement.
A young maid appeared with a basket full of washing. Dressed in the hotels uniform she was pretty, slim and humming a tune as she went to the washing machines. Lakex sensed food in her. Yes, yesss, she would do for now. Slowly he moved forward, invisible as he reached out with his hands.
