I adore anal, but you may have to accept that some women just don't, and that if she does it at all it will be grudgingly done, which isn't good for a relationship. If you've been together 5 years, hopefully it hasn't all been one long plot to get up her ass. If she won't do anal, why not just enjoy whatever has attracted you to her for so long? Considering that you've been together long enough for her to trust you, if she is really interested in anal, she will initiate that contact.
