In need of a Beta-reader/ editor.

How does one go about getting a beta reader for a story? I have a story that I started writing a year ago and I added a little more to it and, in my opinion, I am at a point where it could be a good stopping point.

What category do you foresee and what are the major kinks? It's hard to always get this right, but you should point out the hot topic areas. For example, I write and read incest and sometimes water sports, but don't want to read about scat and rape, er, I mean, deep mind control.
Your message hints at it, but if this will be your first story, let us know that clearly, or conversely, include the link to other stories you have on LIT.

In terms of size. According to word it is just over 10 pages and is 4104 words. It would be somewhere in between First Time and Romance. No kinks. It's about a guy who's parents died, the rest of the family didn't want him and grew up in an orphanage and is socialy okward towards women and family.
